Happy Tails

Here is a list of our pups that found their furever homes! We love our pups and we love the adopters that welcomed a new four-legged member of the family into their homes, and hearts!

Sheba

Sheba was the first pup to come into our rescue. She was very timid. She was adopted by a wonderful family who has given Sheba the life she deserved from the start. Sheba goes on car rides, hiking, and is just enjoying life!

Otis

Otis was the first male pup to come into the rescue. He knew he found his home when he met his foster! Otis loves doggy daycare, hanging out with his dad, and playing with his chew toys! He is living the good life!

Bailey

Bailey is living the life! He is super spoiled! He loves playing ball, spending time with his family, and going for walks.

Cassie

Cassie is living her dream! She loves her forever family and has furry brothers! She also has a best friend, Tucker, to hang around with at doggy daycare. Cassie enjoys everything…sitting in a doggy pool, playing ball, playing with her brothers and spending time with her mom!

Rocko

Rocko was our first pup from an abuse case (#Memphis40). With the help of his foster, he learned to let his guard down and learn to be a dog. Rocko and his foster had a special connection and he knew he found his forever home. Rocko loves to play ball, watch out the window for people passing by and running up and down the gate with the dog next door.

Charlie

Charlie is a special guy. His expressions and the way he tries to get as close to you as he can won his foster’s heart! Charlie loves spending time with his family, hanging out with the family’s horse, and spending time with his furry sisters!

Morgan

Morgan was the first senior pup to come into the rescue. Through the care of her foster, she came out of her shell. Morgan found her forever family and is enjoying a carefree life. She loves spending time with her mom and keeping an eye on what the cats are doing!

Nikki

Nikki is a foster success! Her foster fell in love with her and so did Nikki’s foster siblings, both human and furry! We couldn’t be happier!

Sharona

When Sandi and Mike met Sharona, it was love at first sight! They were looking for a pup that would enjoy walks, trips to the lake, and spending time with the family. Sharona was so excited when she met Sandi and Mike. She knew they were the ones! And we did too! Another happy tale!

Ellie

Ellie has found her forever home! When Ryann and Nicole met Ellie, they knew she was the one for them and Ellie felt it too! She will have a little human sister to grow up with also! What a happy beginning for Ellie!

Skye

Skye came into the rescue as an owner surrender. She was scared and, unfortunately, was heartworm positive. Skye went through heartworm treatment and her foster family became her forever family! Her family loves her so much and Skye loves them with all her heart.

Sammy

Sammy was rescued from the shelter after being found as a stray. He had hair loss due to a flea allergy and was extremely thin. After going through treatment for his flea allergy and gaining weight, Sammy found his forever home….his foster family adopted him! In addition to having two human brothers to play with, Sammy has two furry sisters. He is enjoying everyday with his family!

Jimmy

When Jimmy came into the rescue, he was heartworm positive, an ear infection, and a bad flea allergy.  He had hardly any hair on his little body. After going through treatment for his heartworm, ear infection, and flea allergy, Jimmy found his forever home! This little guy went through a lot and now gets to enjoy a life he should of had from the beginning.

Toby

When Toby’s adopter saw him posted on Petfinder, she knew that he was the one for her. As you can see, Toby felt the same way!

Joey

Joey came into the Rescue from the shelter weighing 88 pounds (should weigh 55). His foster worked with him to start a weight loss program and soon the weight was dropping off!
Anna and her husband saw Joey on Petfinder and knew they had to meet him. After a few meet and greets, which included meeting their dog, Grrr, they knew they wanted Joey to be a member of their family!

Joey now weighs 65 pounds and continues on the path to meet his weight goal!

Nova

When Nova came into the Rescue, Carrie saw our plea for a foster and volunteered. Well, Nova knew that Carrie was her person and so did Carrie. Needless to say, Nova and Carrie’s smile says it all!

Cooper

Cynthia and her family volunteered to foster Cooper when he came into the Rescue. Cooper was a shy little guy and through Cynthia’s love and kindness, Cooper soon found that the world is not that scary.  While helping Cooper gain confidence, before they knew it, Cynthia and her family fell in love with Cooper and realized life wouldn’t be the same without him. Yes, Cooper, you heard that right! We think Cooper knew all along that he was already home!

River

When River came into the Rescue, he was shy and needed more socialization. With the help of his foster and his foster sister and brother soon River’s personality shined!

When Liz saw River on our Facebook page, she knew she had to meet him! It was love at first sight for both River and Liz! Even River’s new sister approved of him being part of the family!

Paisley

Paisley

How do you end a weekend on a great note…with an adoption! Paisley has found her forever home!

When Paisley came into our Rescue, Tracey and Keith opened their hearts and home to foster her. With their love and guidance, Paisley gained weight and confidence, which allowed her personality to truly shine!

Keith and Tracey fell in love with Paisley and today Paisley became an official member of their family ❤️!

Congratulations!

Skye

Skye

Skye was adopted in 2020 from our Rescue. In June of 2022, her dad contacted us and said they were moving back to the U.K. but we’re hitting obstacles when trying to bring Skye along. Skye came back into the Rescue the next week.

While looking for a foster for three weeks, Skye’s parent realized they couldn’t go without her on their life. They stopped all the processes…selling their home, looking for a new home in the U.K. and cans back to the States to be reunited with Skye!

Luna

Sweet Luna has found her forever home!

Skye

Skye came back into the Rescue in January, 2023 looking for a forever home again due to changes in her parents’ lives. It didn’t take long for Skye to find her new forever family. As soon as this couple met Skye, they knew she was the one! When Skye saw her new backyard, her tail and nose went crazy! Truly a happy tale and tail!

Sheba

Two years ago, Sheba came into our Rescue. She was unsure of her surroundings and needed to learn that everything would be okay. Her foster, Iman, taught her how to trust, how to play with other dogs, and taught her car rides are fun! He helped her through heartworm treatment and spoiled her with toys.

Fast forward to this past week…Iman took her with him to get tacos…where they met a nice couple who asked about Sheba. They were interested in adopting her. They had another dog and asked about setting up a meet and greet. It was at that moment that Iman knew Sheba belonged with him…they are a team! Sheba is family and they are inseparable! Maybe the reason we didn’t get any interest in Sheba until now is that she was already with the person she was meant to be with ❤️ .

Sheba has found her forever home and has been adopted by her foster…we call this a foster success!

Zoey

We thought this would be a great way to start off the week….Zoey has found her forever home…she is a foster success. Zoey was adopted by her foster parents…and she has a brother to play with…who was also adopted from You and Me Furever a few years ago!

Zoey had a rough start in life but she will have a great life moving forward!

Rocky

Rocky came into the Rescue when his owner was found to have Alzheimer’s disease. It didn’t take Rocky‘s fosters long to know that he was a special guy. A month and a half after fostering Rocky, his fosters became his adopters….and Rocky has a fur sister that thinks he’s the best also! We call that a foster success!

Summer

Summer found her forever family! When Summer’s family first met her, it was love at first site for both of them!

Kirby

Kirby came into the rescue as an owner surrender. As soon as his now forever family saw him, they knew he was the one they had been waiting for…happy life Kirby!
